The Public Safety Team at the City of Urbandale is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the community. Comprising firefighters, paramedics, and police officers, the team is dedicated to rapid emergency response, fire suppression, medical assistance, and law enforcement. They work collaboratively to ensure a secure environment, uphold public trust, and embody the city's principles of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
