Andy Karas

Andy Karas has over three decades of experience in engineering and design, currently serving as a Junior Engineer for the City of Utica since May 2006. Prior to this role, Andy held positions as a Designer at Shumaker Consulting Engineering & Land Surveying from 2003 to May 2006 and at MWH Global from August 2001 to 2003. The career began as a Design Drafter at BBL (Blasland, Bouck & Lee) from August 1992 to August 2001 and as a Drafter at Boulder Consultants from August 1989 to August 1992. Andy holds degrees in Drafting Technology and Civil Engineering Technology from Sports Men and Women Careers obtained between 1987 and 1989.
