Ryan Kelly

Ryan Kelly has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as an Investigator with the Utica NY Police Department since January 2015, while also holding the position of Law Enforcement Officer for the City of Utica since April 2007. Ryan Kelly's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Roger Williams University, and prior studies at Quinnipiac University, Casper College, and Hartwick College.
