Desiree Baker

Desiree Baker has a diverse professional background with a focus on grants administration and educational roles. Since August 2011, Desiree has served as a Grants Administrator Intern for the City of Valdosta. Prior experience includes a position in Media Merchandising and Advertising at Best Buy from July 2009 to October 2010, as well as involvement in Early Childhood Student Teaching and Seminar at Valdosta State University from August 2008 to October 2010. Earlier experience includes working as an Ad Set/Sales Associate at Kohl's Department Stores from February 2008 to July 2009. Desiree holds a Master of Public Administration from Valdosta State University obtained in 2011 and a Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Special Education, from the same institution, completed in 2010.
