Ted Bilak

Ted Bilak is an experienced plans examiner with the City of Valdosta Lowndes County since October 1997. Previously, Ted served as an aircraft maintenance crew chief in the U.S. Air Force from July 1981 to July 1995, specializing in maintenance for F4 and F-16 fighter jets. Ted Bilak is an alum of Georgia Military College.
