Stephanie Sifuentes

Stephanie Sifuentes has extensive experience in human resources. Stephanie'smost recent position was as the Human Resources Director for the City of Vallejo, California, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager for Solano County starting in June 2022. Stephanie also held various roles within the City of Vallejo, including Assistant Human Resources Director, HR Program Manager, and Senior Personnel Analyst, from October 2021 to June 2022, February 2019 to October 2021, and November 2018 to February 2019, respectively. Stephanie also worked as a Human Resources Analyst II for the County of Napa from May 2016 to November 2018 and as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Napa from February 2015 to May 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Riverside in 2013, and as an HR Analyst II for the County of Riverside from 2009 to August 2013. Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, selection, training, and system implementation in the field of human resources.

Stephanie Sifuentes pursued their education at California State University-San Bernardino from 2000 to 2006. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at California Baptist University in 2013 and completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration in 2014.
