Jabeen Janmohamed currently serves as the Director of Non-Market Housing Portfolio Planning and Partnerships for the City of Vancouver since May 2022. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at BC Housing, such as Manager of Complaints Resolution and Information Privacy and Manager of the Home Adaptations for Independence Program from 2011 to May 2022. Jabeen also held multiple positions at CMHC - SCHL from 2000 to 2011, including Manager of Renovation Programs and Senior Research Manager in Sustainability and Housing. Jabeen holds a Master of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of British Columbia, along with several certificates in leadership, management excellence, mediation, project management, property risk assessment, and privacy & information management.
