Jose Fernandez Garcia

Jose Fernandez Garcia has extensive experience in community development and economic planning, currently serving as a Community Development & Economic Planner for the City of Vancouver since July 2013. Key responsibilities include leading land use and economic policy implementation, managing a $1.4 million capital grants portfolio, establishing interdepartmental and community partnerships, and coordinating public engagements.
