Will Teng

Will Teng is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at the City of Vancouver, leading the Engineering Business Improvement Program and Team since January 2013. With a strong background in project management and business analysis, Will has held various roles, including Project Manager for Continuous Process Improvement and Strategic Initiatives, and Business Analyst within the City Manager's Office. Prior experience includes serving as an Independent Consultant, focusing on planning and implementation for diverse industries, as well as an Analyst at Accenture, where Will contributed to high-performance consulting teams on major projects. Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance with Honours from the UBC Sauder School of Business, where recognition included placement on the Dean's List.
