Nelson Clymer

Nelson Clymer is a dedicated police officer currently serving the City of Vandalia, Ohio, since April 2021. Nelson previously gained experience in the manufacturing sector at Whirlpool Corporation from May 2018 to April 2021, where seasonal employment involved teamwork with eight other employees. A brief internship at Miami County Sheriff's Office in early 2020 allowed Nelson to observe daily operations and apply knowledge of the criminal justice system. Nelson also contributed as a student driver at the University of Cincinnati between 2018 and 2019. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and ongoing training at Edison State Community College for the Basic Peace Officer Academy.
