Brittany Wong

Brittany Wong is an experienced recreation professional with a diverse background in program management and community engagement. Currently serving as Recreation Supervisor and Community Centre Lead at the City of Vaughan since June 2021, Brittany has previously worked at the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, where roles included Recreation Programmer and Older Adult Coordinator, focusing on events, staffing, budgeting, and community group organization. Prior experience includes positions at the City of Markham as Lifesaving Coach, Pool Supervisor, and Program Assistant, where Brittany contributed to youth development and safety management. Brittany began a career in education at the York Region District School Board, assisting in pre-kindergarten programming. Brittany holds an Ontario College Diploma in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Centennial College and is currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor Degree at Brock University.
