Monique Holz

Monique Holz, PMP, has extensive experience in project and portfolio management, primarily within municipal and governmental organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Portfolio Management for the City of Vaughan since October 2016, Monique Holz provides leadership and direction to multiple departments, focusing on strategic and operational advice, staff engagement, and change management. Previous roles include Program Manager and Manager of Special Projects within the same city, as well as leading significant projects for the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, including the development of a Corrections Transformation Strategy and various inquiries. Monique Holz began their career in project management roles at Shoppers Drug Mart, D&B, and Rogers Communications after earning a BSc in Computer Science from York University.
