Tim Plummer

Tim Plummer is an experienced Project Manager currently serving the City of Vaughan since March 2021. Previously, Tim held project management roles at GFL Environmental Inc. from September 2016 to February 2021, and served as a Senior Project Coordinator during this time. Tim's experience also includes a position as a Municipal Construction Inspector with the City of Toronto for a brief period in 2016. Prior to this, Tim worked as a Construction Manager - Superintendent at Elite Construction Inc. from August 2009 to April 2016, and as an Assistant Construction Manager at Avid Projects Inc. from March 2008 to August 2009. Tim Plummer earned a Bachelor of Architecture in Project Management from Ryerson University between 2005 and 2009.
