Ashley Strevel

Ashley Strevel, CPC, is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs for the City of Victoria, TX since September 2019. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Communications Manager at the University of Houston-Victoria from December 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing communication projects and writing various marketing materials. Previous experience also includes roles as Category Manager and Marketing Coordinator at C.L. Thomas, Inc., Assistant Marketing Director at Eddy Packing Co., Inc., and Communications Specialist at Texas A&M University. Ashley began in marketing as an intern at the United Way of the Brazos Valley. Education includes a Certified Public Communicator degree in Strategic Communications from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Texas A&M University.
