O.c. Garza

O.C. Garza is a seasoned Communications Director at the City of Victoria, a position held since July 2001. Prior to this role, Garza worked as a freelance journalist, columnist, and photographer for over three decades, from June 1976 to June 2012. Additional experience includes serving as Marketing Director at Victoria Bank & Trust from February 1992 to March 1996. O.C. Garza earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree with a focus on Journalism and Photojournalism from the University of Texas at Austin between 1973 and 1976.
