Armen Kurdian is a highly experienced professional in systems engineering and leadership, currently serving as a Lead Associate and Senior Systems Engineer for PNT at Booz Allen Hamilton since June 2019. In addition to engineering roles supporting defense markets, Armen is a candidate for the Vista City Council in District 4 and the Chair of the Policy Roundtable Committee for The Lincoln Club of San Diego County. A retired Naval Officer with over two decades of service, Armen held various leadership positions, including Director of Engineering at the Navy Supply Systems Command and as a Principal Assistant Program Manager for GPS Navigation Systems. The City of Vista is a Charter Law city and was incorporated on January 28, 1963. Located just seven miles inland from the Pacific Ocean in northern San Diego County, the City of Vista has a perfect mild Mediterranean climate. The City handles sewer utilities and contracts with Vista Irrigation District for its water services.
