Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the City of Vista is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the Fire Department. Comprised of experienced professionals, including multiple Deputy Fire Chiefs and a retired Battalion Chief, this team ensures that fire services are delivered efficiently and safely to enhance community safety and well-being. They also play a key role in fostering collaboration within public safety operations and implementing initiatives that align with the city’s mission to improve the quality of life for all residents.
