Justin Rice, MPA, currently serves as a Management Analyst for the City of Waco, TX, since November 2022. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Manager of Grants and Impact at United Way of Waco-McLennan County from March 2020 to November 2022. Justin began a career in accounting as an Accounting Technician with ATP2, LLC, from January 2015 to March 2020. Educationally, Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Baylor University between 2011 and 2014, followed by a Master of Public Administration from Tarleton State University from 2017 to 2019.
