Kendall Borg is an experienced utilities management professional currently serving as the Utilities Plant Operations Manager for the City of Waco, TX since June 2023. Previously, Kendall held the position of Assistant Water System Manager - Treatment at the North Texas Municipal Water District from January 2021 to May 2023, focusing on water treatment plant operations and maintenance of facilities.
