Mike Jupe has extensive experience in program administration and maintenance within the environmental services sector. Currently serving as a Program Administrator for the City of Waco since 2004, Mike successfully implemented the WMARSS waste-to-energy initiative, facilitating direct shipment of concentrated HSO/FOG from local food industries to an anaerobic digestion facility, thereby reducing sewer surcharges for these businesses. Prior to this role, Mike worked at the Brazos River Authority from 1986 to 2004, initially as a Maintenance Supervisor where significant improvements to treatment and equipment were achieved based on various operational criteria. Mike also held positions as Assistant Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance, contributing to overall plant efficiency and compliance.
