Kathleen Post, MSW, M.Div, is a skilled Management Analyst with a focus on community engagement within the Housing and Community Development department for the City of Waco, TX, since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Baylor University, where Kathleen contributed to research on difficult conversations in congregations and developed educational programming for youth ministers. Kathleen also served as a Ministry Associate for Global Missions at Baylor University, managing events and curriculum development for mission trips. Earlier experience includes directing theatre at Grand Prairie High School and various roles in church and educational settings.
