Windy Leal

Windy Leal has held various administrative and executive assistant positions in different organizations, including Baylor Scott & White Health and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Windy also has experience in property management and graphic design. Windy currently works as a recruiter for the City of Waco, starting in October 2021. Windy previously served as an assistant to the Dean of the School of Business & Technology at Huston-Tillotson University. Windy's educational background includes earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Commercial Art and Advertising from Texas State Technical College.
