Gary Carey

Gary Carey is an accomplished sales and political leader with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales Director at NEOGOV since October 2022, Gary leads the national HCM Account Executive Team focused on the public sector, achieving notable performance results. As Mayor of the City of Walker since January 2019, Gary oversees city operations and budget priorities, representing 25,000 residents. Previously, significant achievements include leading the Michigan Market Team at Gibson Insurance and holding leadership roles at Paycor and Canon Business Solutions. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies with a Leadership Emphasis from Grand Valley State University and is a Fellow from the 2018 Political Leadership Program at Michigan State University.
