Leah Rohan, P.E. is an experienced environmental engineer, currently serving as the project manager for construction and operations projects at the City of Walla Walla's landfill since October 2016. In addition to overseeing these projects, Leah provides program management, technical advice, mentoring, and decision-making for various initiatives, including the PCB source tracking and reduction program, the FOG program, and the Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Program. Prior to this role, Leah worked as an associate engineer for the City of Pasco, managing construction projects at the city's wastewater treatment plant and serving as the Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Program Coordinator. Leah's earlier experience includes a position as a junior air subject matter expert and regulatory compliance engineer with Mission Support Alliance. Leah holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, obtained in 2009.
