Michelle Parella

Michelle Parella is an experienced Administrative Analyst II at the City of Walnut Creek's Public Works department since August 2018. Additionally, Michelle has been with Contra Costa County's Public Works since September 2010, initially as an Administrative Assistant, providing support in PW Contracts Administration, APWA Accreditation, and community outreach for creek and channel safety. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineering Technician at Contra Costa County from September 2008 to April 2010. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel from California State University - East Bay.
