Samantha Samson

Samantha Samson has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in administrative and support roles within various organizations. Since April 2018, Samantha has served as an Office Assistant II in the Building Division at the City of Walnut Creek, previously holding the position of Office Assistant I in the Housing Division. Prior experience includes a housing division internship at the City of Fairfield, California, and water conservation work with the West Contra Costa Unified School District as a Yard Duty Supervisor and Classroom Aide, ensuring the safety and welfare of K-8 students. Educationally, Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from Saint Mary's College of California, where experience also includes roles such as a Student Staff Assistant in the Student Success Office and service learning as an intake and referral volunteer at Catholic Charities of the East Bay. Additionally, Samantha interned at St. Mary’s Community Center, focusing on social justice issues affecting low-income seniors.
