Bill Parker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in local government and property valuation. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at the City of Wanneroo since December 2023, Bill has previously held the CEO role at the City of Nedlands and the Shire of Denmark, as well as serving as Interim CEO for the City of Nedlands. Prior to these positions, Bill was General Manager of Corporate Services at the City of Perth and held multiple leadership roles, including CEO at the Shire of Jerramungup and Manager of Customer Services at the City of Albany. Bill's educational background includes a Master of Business in Property from the University of South Australia and various diplomas in project and business management.
