Katie Russell has over 18 years of progressive experience in community and customer service management, currently serving as the Manager of Community Development at the City of Wanneroo since 2005. In this role, Katie has effectively managed the customer service team and has been pivotal in developing strategic initiatives, project management, and overseeing complaint management processes. Additionally, Katie is the Chairperson of the North West Metro District Leadership Group, focusing on community engagement and wellbeing. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Woodvale Secondary College, B Digital Limited, and Medibank Private. Katie's educational qualifications include an MBA, a Graduate Diploma in Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Management, along with a Diploma of Management from Central TAFE.
