Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Performance at the City of Wanneroo since July 2014, Noelene oversees a diverse range of functions, including strategic planning, finance, and procurement. With a long-standing commitment to community service, Noelene has held positions such as Board Member and President at Relationships Australia (WA) and Board Member of the Lord Mayor's Distress Relief Fund. Additional roles include Executive Director positions in emergency management and governance at various departments, as well as significant contributions as a Business Excellence Evaluator for SAI Global. Noelene's educational background includes a Master of Commerce in Industrial Relations from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Computing from Curtin University.
