Currently serving as a Specialist Planner at the City of Wanneroo since January 2025, Richard previously held significant roles including Manager of the Hedland Maritime Precinct at Pilbara Ports Authority and Manager of Land and Infrastructure at Pilbara Development Commission. Richard’s extensive experience encompasses leadership in diverse planning initiatives, development management, and community planning services across various organizations, including Auzcorp Pty Ltd, Town of Claremont, and Town of Port Hedland.
