Currently volunteering with the City of Wanneroo's Disability Access and Inclusion Reference Group, Tammy also serves as the founder and NDIS Support Coordinator at Linkage Independent Support Coordination. Past roles include Senior NDIS Support Coordinator at Choice Health & Wellbeing Group and various positions at Instacare, ChoiceOne, Arch Recruitment, Silver Chain Group, and The Tipping Foundation, focusing on providing tailored support for individuals with disabilities. Tammy holds a Diploma in Community Services from South Metropolitan TAFE and relevant certifications in Disability and Business Administration.
