Toni Coughlin

Toni Coughlin is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the City of Waukee since April 2017, Toni previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Dermatology, P.C. for seven years. Additional experience includes Child Watch Coordinator at YMCA of the USA and HR Manager positions at Florence Crittenton and Gateway. Toni Coughlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Briar Cliff University between 1991 and 1995.
