Karen Richards

Karen Richards is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and program coordination. Currently serving as the SPARS Coordinator for the City of Waukesha since February 2012, Karen specializes in securing sponsorships, partnerships, and alternative revenue for the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department. Previously, Karen held the position of Executive Director at the Waukesha Business Improvement District and worked as a Marketing Assistant. Additional experience includes serving as a Teacher and Program Coordinator at the Waukesha Family YMCA and progressing through various management roles at JCPenney. Karen Richards holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
