Penelope Mantekas (Penny)

Penelope (Penny) Mantekas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at the City of Wauwatosa since June 2019, Penny leads upgrades and performance monitoring of enterprise software applications, performs quality assurance, and facilitates training for management and staff. Previous roles include IT Systems Analyst, Asset Management Analyst at TEKsystems, and Senior IT Operations Analyst at MGIC, where Penny oversaw various IT projects, software licensing, and asset management initiatives. Penny holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
