Ryan Harmon

Ryan Harmon, PE, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Services Manager at the City of Wenatchee since March 2018, previously holding the title of Project Engineer. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Design Engineer at SCJ Alliance from January 2015 to March 2018, gaining expertise in computer modeling, cost estimating, stormwater analysis and design, ADA compliance, and various civil engineering projects including streets and recreational developments. Earlier in 2014, Ryan completed an internship as a Civil Engineer Intern at Project Groundwork, focusing on AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting and cost estimation. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, earned in 2014.
