Mark Rees, GISP, is an accomplished GIS Analyst with extensive experience primarily focused on GIS applications and data management. Currently serving the City of Wentzville since August 2022, Mark supports the Water Division and has developed various programs and web content using ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise Portal. Previous roles include positions at the City of Columbia, Missouri, and Central County Emergency 911, where Mark provided mapping support for emergency services. With a solid foundation in programming and automation acquired during tenures at Cole & Associates and URS Corporation, Mark has a diverse skill set that includes spatial analysis and application development. Mark holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Lindenwood University, a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Nortech College, and a B.S. in Geography from Memorial University.
