Carrie Winklbauer

Carrie Winklbauer has a strong background in finance and accounting with over 20 years of experience. Carrie began their career as a Cost Accountant at Electronic Cable Specialists in 1998. In 1999, they joined Reilly, Penner & Benton, LLP as a Senior Accountant. Carrie then worked at the Village of Menomonee Falls as an Accounting Analyst from 2003 to 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Finance Director at the City of West Bend, where they are responsible for managing the Finance Department and overseeing various financial operations.

Carrie Winklbauer completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to their university education, they attended Brookfield East High School from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, Carrie Winklbauer holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
