Kelley C.

Kelley C. is an experienced Economic Development professional with a diverse background in community development and planning. Currently serving as the Economic Development Coordinator for the City of West Chicago since May 2022, Kelley previously held the position of Economic Development Director for the Village of Shorewood, where responsibilities included leading the Community Development Department and overseeing TIF District administration and development projects. Additional roles include Assistant Community Development Director for the City of Wood Dale, Planner for the Village of Downers Grove, and various positions in research and planning, including with the Housing Authority of the County of DeKalb. Kelley holds a Master of Public Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
