Todd Owens has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Todd started their career as a Communications Specialist in the United States Air Force, serving from September 1990 to August 1996. After that, they worked as an Audit Supervisor at Vicenti Lloyd & Stutzman from August 2001 to August 2005. Following this, Todd served as an Audit Manager at Roorda, Piquet & Bessee from September 2005 to December 2014.
In 2014, they joined San Bernardino County as the Senior Administrative Manager of Fiscal Services, a position they held until March 2016. Subsequently, Todd worked as the Associate Director of Fiscal Services at Citrus College from April 2016 to November 2018. Currently, they are employed as the Accounting Manager at the City of West Covina, a position they have held since November 2018.
Todd Owens attended Chaffey College from 1996 to 1998 and earned an Associate's degree in General Studies. Todd then went on to study at California State University-San Bernardino from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
