Diane Richards

Diane Richards has over two decades of experience in economic development, currently serving as Economic Development Manager for the City of West Sacramento since May 2000. In this role, Diane has implemented comprehensive economic strategies, developed targeted marketing programs, and coordinated business recruitment and retention efforts. Prior to this, Diane was Assistant Economic Development Director at the City of Pinellas Park, where responsibilities included attracting new businesses and negotiating annexation proposals. Diane began their career as Principal Planner for the City of Pinellas Park and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of South Florida.
