Currently serving as the Real Estate Manager for the City of West Sacramento since March 2021, Arnold oversees real property acquisitions, relocation services, and property disposition advisory services while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Previously, as the Owner and President of Green Development Concepts, Inc. from September 2010 to October 2022, Arnold focused on sustainable land acquisition consulting and environmentally sensitive practices. Arnold holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master's degree in Public Administration and Public Finance from San Diego State University.
