Norma Alcala

Norma Alcala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and human resources. Currently serving as a City Council Member for the City of West Sacramento since 2020, Norma also holds the position of Human Resources Director at Martinez Law Group, PC. Prior to these roles, Norma worked as a Legislative Staffer for the California State Senate from 2000 to 2009. Academic credentials include degrees from Arizona State University and the University of California, Davis.
