Verna Sulpizio Hull

Verna Sulpizio Hull is an award-winning economic development executive with extensive experience in coaching, leadership, and community engagement. Currently serving as the founder and ADHD Coach at The Dopamine Phene and an elected Council Member for the City of West Sacramento, Verna has a proven track record in program development and coalition building. Additional roles include Board Member and Secretary for the Department of Sound, Consultant at Strategies & Solutions, and former Commissioner for First 5 Yolo. Verna's past positions also include Director of Strategic Partnerships at Visit Sacramento and President & CEO of the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce. Verna holds a B.S. in Community & Regional Development from the University of California, Davis, and an A.A. in Liberal Studies from Sacramento City College.
