Richard Bennett

Richard Bennett is an experienced professional in the field of information services and geographic information systems (GIS). Currently serving as the Information Services Manager at the City of Wetaskiwin since May 2023, Richard previously held roles including Senior GIS Analyst at the City of Lloydminster from June 2017 to April 2023, where Richard also served as the Information Technology Coordinator from June 2008 to June 2017 and as Geomatics Manager earlier in their career. Prior to these positions, Richard worked as a GIS Technician at Lawrence Consulting for a brief period in 2006. Educational qualifications include a Project Leadership Certificate from NAIT, a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in GIS from the University of Lethbridge, and a GIS Diploma from Olds College.
