Pace, MPA, ICMA-CM, CPM, PCED, currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Wharton since June 2021, having previously held the same position in the City of Lorena, Texas from December 2015 to June 2021. Joseph's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from Lamar University, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Lamar University, a Graduate Certificate in Urban & Regional Planning from The University of Texas at El Paso, a Certified Public Manager designation from the Hobby School of Public Policy at the University of Houston, and an Online Certificate in Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, set to be completed in March 2024.
