Lindsay Barker

Lindsay Barker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lindsay started their career as a Marketing and Staffing Coordinator at Financial Additions from January 2006 to August 2009. Lindsay then worked as an Events Manager at the University of Texas at Austin - Intercollegiate Athletics from August 2010 to March 2015. Following this, they became the Director of Events at Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce from March 2015 to December 2016. Currently, Lindsay is working at the City of Wichita Falls as the Director of Communications and Marketing since October 2019, and prior to this, they served as the Director of Convention and Visitors Bureau from January 2017 to October 2019. Lindsay'smain responsibilities in these roles included marketing, event planning, and leadership in various departments.

Lindsay Barker obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Abilene Christian University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Sport Management at Texas Tech University, completing this program between 2009 and 2010.
