Penny Feist

Penny Feist serves as the Director of Wichita Transit for the City of Wichita, Kansas, a position held since September 2014, with previous roles including Assistant Department Director and Senior Management Analyst. Concurrently, Penny Feist has functioned as an Adjunct Instructor at WSU Tech since May 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Reno County Community Corrections, managing a Crime Reduction Initiative, and as Program Consultant for the State of Kansas, focusing on case reviews and training for accuracy in government assistance programs. Penny Feist holds a Master of Public Administration from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
