Harrison Williams

Harrison Williams is a Geographic Information System Administrator at the City of Williamsburg, Virginia, since July 2022, previously serving as a GIS Specialist at the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality from June 2013 to July 2022. In this role, Harrison focused on developing and maintaining the agency's GIS capabilities, along with managing technical upgrades, troubleshooting, training, and supporting geospatial analysis and mapping. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation, where Harrison created a digital inventory of culverts along the High Bridge Trail. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned in 2013, and graduated from Hanover High School in 2009.
