Jack Reed

Jack Reed is currently the Director of Public Works & Utilities for the City of Williamsburg, Virginia, where responsibilities include preparing and administering the annual operating budget and overseeing departmental personnel recruitment. Previously, Jack served as the Director of Public Works & Utilities for the Town of Smithfield, VA, also functioning as assistant Town Manager, and held the position of Utility Operations Manager for Prince George County. Additional experience includes managing water treatment facilities at both James City Service Authority and Town of Smithfield, along with earlier work as a Waterworks Operator for Halifax County Service Authority. Jack holds a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bluefield University.
