David F. Sarosy

David F. Sarosy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recreation program coordination and coaching. Currently serving as the Program Coordinator for Parks and Recreation at the City of Willoughby since March 2018, David has previously held the position of Director of Recreation for the Perry Area Joint Recreation District from December 2012 to March 2018, where responsibilities included developing year-round recreational programs and community events. David's background also features roles as a coach in various capacities at Perry Local Schools between 2004 and 2014 and ownership of a residential construction business from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, David managed The Grill at Debonne Winery from May 2006 to October 2010. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences and Sociology from Cleveland State University, completed in 2008, and a high school diploma from Perry High School, earned in 2002.
